The Associate Production Manager (APM) schedules and directs personnel and resources towards providing quality, cost-effective services to our clients. APMs also support the Senior Production Manager in executing day-to-day goals and objectives.


*These Sustainable Native California Garden Supervisor positions will be designated to one of our high profile premier clients' sites located in Menlo Park.  


Jobsite Information:

  • 9 Acre rooftop garden with a focus on California native plants, natural pruning, and organic landscaping
  • 50 Acre corporate campus with a mix of California native plants and traditional corporate campus plantings

Experience Required:

  • Worked with California native plants in a landscape setting (5+ years preferred)
  • Proficient in pruning needs of various California native plants and ability to teach others
  • Understands long term goals of pruning
  • Lead a landscaping team of 4-8 individuals previously
  • Soil moisture testing experience
  • Experience with drip irrigation systems- general maintenance and basic repairs
  • Experience with smart irrigation controllers
  • Experience with new planting installation- proper layout and planting techniques
  • Knowledge of how to establish new plant material
  • Valid California Driver’s License

Experience Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer service experience
