    A brighter future is in your hands. We’re currently seeking a Sr, Analyst - SOX Implementation. The Sr. Analyst -
    SOX Implementation will play a key role in ensuring the Company’s compliance with the provisions of the Sarbanes
    Oxley Act of 2002.


    What you'll do:


     Provide day-to-day support of the implementation of Brightview’s SOX program under the direction of
    the Controller of SOX Implementation, including coordination and assistance of SOX 302 and 404
    programs and activities
     Assist with the planning and execution of company-wide communications and develop/execute training
    sessions, as deemed appropriate
     Provide subject matter expertise on the design and implementation of controls
     Coordinate and monitor testing, provide control mentorship for remediation efforts and evaluate
    deficiencies
     Work with process owners and Internal Audit function to ensure timely review and updates to process
    documentation and controls for new and/or existing processes
     Perform process walkthroughs, in combination with third party specialists, to identify, validate and
    document significant classes of transactions, financial reporting risks, financial statement assertions and
    key/non-key controls
     Monitor control deficiencies and assist in the development and execution of remediation plans
     Assist in the preparing various SOX reporting packages for senior management
     Establish and maintain relationships with process/control owners to proactively assess business risks
    and develop risk mitigation
     Assist in coordinating and analyzing periodic process owner sub-certifications
     Assist in leading the effort in establishing, communicating and facilitating the use of appropriate SOX
    methodologies, tools and techniques


    Skills we're seeking:


     Bachelor’s degree in accounting
     CPA certification strongly preferred
     3-5 years public accounting and SOX experience required
     Flexible/team player; comfortable changing directions mid-stream; understands the importance of achieving
    team objectives.
     Action oriented; thrives in a dynamic environment; takes initiative to identify and resolve issues; critical
    thinker
     Precise, deadline-driven team member with strong organizational and project management skills
     Advanced understanding of SOX compliance requirements and standards, COSO Framework, US GAAP,
    and PCAOB standards
     Pro-active, strategic approach to problem solving and controls execution
     Excellent verbal and written communication skills
     High level of proficiency in Excel to perform spreadsheet and financial analysis
