    Job Description

    Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing, the Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, adapting and executing highly effective marketing programs to increase market awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, activate partners and grow sales within their region. This role will partner with regional key stakeholders including sales/business development, corporate marketing, and operations to define and execute local and national metrics-driven campaigns, promote and enforce internal and external BrightView brand identity, and focus on customer retention inside of BrightView Landscape Services.

    Key Responsibilities and Activities:

    • Increase brand preference by increasing awareness in key customer segments through direct and indirect marketing activities in the region
    • Lead all regional integrated marketing program development from concept creation through to execution and evaluation with the agronomic calendar as the focal point for the selling cycle
    • Conduct competitive analysis in the marketplace; report and apply findings and insights
    • Develop, execute and expand on a broad range of integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, programs and promotions to acquire new customers, expand and retain the installed base, generate net new pipeline and accelerate sales opportunities already in pipeline, ensuring that all such activity is closely aligned to Sales priorities and selling motions
    • Complete and provide weekly, documented program status updates; including timelines, resource allocations, budgets, and open issues
    • Ensure that key regional customer successes are communicated and converted to references
    • Focus on internal brand compliance and external brand awareness in the region
    • Evaluate programs against established goals and objectives and present results


    • Established project management skills and expertise in program development processes including timeline management, coordination of resources, and budget management
    • Superior communication skills- verbal, written, listening in English
    • Skilled communicator with the ability to inform and influence at all levels
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Marketing Automation and CRM
    • Experience with Google Analytics
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools including PPC, SEO, and social media marketing
    • Tech savvy with an aptitude for maximizing technology for communications, work flow and to promote the business
    • Results oriented with the ability to identify, prioritize and deliver on objectives using sound business practices
    • Creative thinker with a preference for working in a fast paced, hands-on environment
    • Innovative problem solver with the ability to navigate complex situations
    • Basic understanding of business and financial models
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business or related field
