    A brighter future is in your hands. We’re currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst.


    In this role you will provide world class technical support by phone, email, and in-person to approximately 12,000 team members across the nation. Your strong triage skills will enable you to promptly resolve reported problems from team members located in corporate- and field-office locations. You will strive to achieve a high first call resolution rate, and track all customer interactions in the IT Service Management system. 


    What you’ll do:

    • Adhere to company security standards and practices when establishing new system accounts, modifying access, resetting passwords, and assisting with other control processes.
    • Track all requests, incidents, and problems via Service-Now. Distribute requests appropriately to other IT units for resolution.
    • Support remote mobile device wipes, user transfers and carrier activations
    • Process requests for new iPhones and iPads device setups

    Skills we’re seeking:

    • Exceptional customer service and triage skills.
    • Experience using and supporting iPhones and iPads
    • Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
    • Minimum of 1 year of help desk support experience.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills. Able to translate technical solutions into terms the customer will understand.
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.


    Desired Characteristics:

    • 1+ years of direct IT Help Desk experience working for a medium to large public company.
    • A+ certification, Net + certification, or an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
    • Experience using Service-Now IT Service Management solution.
    • Bi-Lingual Spanish desired, but not required.
